share outstanding Common Stock (CUSIP 048825 10 3) payable on March 15, 2000, to
the stockholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 2000.

$3.00 Preference Stock - Dividend No. 137

A quarterly dividend of seventy-five cents ($0.75) on each full share of
outstanding $3.00 Cumulative Convertible Preference Stock (CUSIP 048825 20 2)
payable on March 20, 2000, to Preference Stockholders of record at the close of
business on February 25, 2000.

$2.80 Preference Stock - Dividend No. 124

A quarterly dividend of seventy cents ($0.70) on each full share of outstanding
$2.80 Cumulative Convertible Preference Stock (CUSIP 048825 40 0) payable March
20, 2000, to Preference Stockholders of record at the close of business on
February 25, 2000.
