11/9/2015 12:33 | As I've said many times garykc, most of that profit was "other income" and "other gains" i.e. not made from the primary business of selling coal AFAICS. Only about $2m made from normal biz and with $500k in interest costs that's a net c. $1.5m or c. £1m. Much better than they've done for a long time but one swallow doesn't always make a summer as we know. With c. $24m debt, a net current liability position, historic losses of $31m, accrued restoration costs of $4m etc etc it's hardly surprising that they are tapping the market for every penny they can get. If they continue to mine at a level of profitably at or above H1 maybe the equity will do well, but it's a risky punt here IMVHO. | eezymunny | |
