    The Company hereby notifies that it is conducting advanced negotiations with PORR Group, a large group of companies whose headquarters
are located in Austria and which is engaged in different real-estate business in central Europe, in regards to an agreement, according to
which, a PORR Group company shall acquire from the Company half of the Company's holdings in its subsidiary Sitnica d.o.o., and will assist
in finding the financing required to complete the acquisition of Sitnica real-estate asset in Samobor.
