The Company announces that it has today received notification of the following: 
 
 
  *  William Weston sold 2,725,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company on 26 
  January 2010, which resulted in Mr Weston no longer having a discloseable 
  holding in the Company. 
 
 
 
  *  Also on 26 January 2010, Gailfield Limited, a private company wholly owned by Mr 
  Weston, acquired 2,725,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company 
  representing approximately 3.89 per cent. of the share capital of the Company
