NOTICE OF OPTIONAL REDEMPTION OF STOCK

Assura Properties plc (the Issuer) has today exercised its option, pursuant to Clause 9(c) (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) of the Trust Deed dated 9 December 2011 between, inter alia, the Issuer and Prudential Trustee Company Limited (as Trustee) constituting the Stock (as amended and supplemented from time to time, the Trust Deed), to redeem all of the Stock for the time being outstanding on 3 November 2020 (the Redemption Date).

In accordance with Clause 9(c) (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) of the Trust Deed, the Stock will be redeemed at the Early Redemption Amount, together with interest accrued to (but excluding) the Redemption Date.

The Early Redemption Amount shall be calculated on 30 October 2020 in accordance with the terms of the Trust Deed.

Terms used but not otherwise defined in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Trust Deed.

Following redemption, the Stock will be cancelled and request will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA) and to the London Stock Exchange plc (the LSE) for the Stock to be removed from the Official List maintained by the FCA and for their admission to trading on the LSE to be cancelled.
