Posted at 30/10/2008 16:50 by whe4to GT...once we make our maiden profit and this appears on investors radars, it won't take much to send this into orbit, very tightly held stock!Good luck. |
Posted at 02/9/2008 08:13 by flc Can never understand why they don't get a decent PR company. These announcements are all good but go unnoticed. Almost as though they purposely want to keep off the investor radar. |
Posted at 20/6/2008 10:29 by flc Agree, what we need is some half decent PR and a few snippets in the weekend tabloids not to mention IC and the usual suspects. This company has always lacked investor interest which is a shame because they have good prospects and solid financial backing. |
Posted at 20/6/2008 10:25 by goonertone Nice to see a tick up but can't they do something about the spread? I'm sure the online limits are better(haven't checked) but 40% isn't exactly going to get people tripping over themselves. In the long term it doesn't make much difference but it just looks rubbish to new investors at first glance. Posted at 19/7/2007 23:31 by power talker Dell my view is that they have outstanding liabilitys of 1.7 million pounds.. other than that i have no view, a small issue..Have you asked yourself the question why?Probably not.. From the results please see below another snippet of interest.. Operational review We have continued to focus our sales resource on our major client relationships including Laing O'Rourke, Stanhope, Grosvenor Estates and BAA. In the early part of 2006 the Group was pleased to be awarded a contract for the provision of collaboration services to the Lansdowne Road Stadium Development Company Limited (Dublin) and subsequently to the Dublin Airport Authorities Pier D project at Dublin Airport. In August 2006 Asite was designated as preferred supplier to the Welsh Health Estates "Designed for Wales" initiative. This has seen five contracts awarded already and a steady pipeline for 2007. The focus for the Group for 2007 and beyond is to concentrate on growing sales and we started the year with a significant win in Abu Dhabi - Al Raha Beach Resort. This project, a new city district on 6.8m square metres of reclaimed land, will run for 12 years at a construction spend of US$14.700bn. ASE are out of favour and have released little or no news recently, this i believe will change in the near future. Their client base is blue chip and they have invested heavily in up grading their product so it is accessible to more potential clients.. I believe ASITE will come good this year and with a small market cap and limited shares in issue, investors might have a 3-5 bagger here. DYOR. |
Posted at 28/9/2005 13:58 by vision88 theres been no trades so far today, i think the spread is off putting at 30% 1.75p-2.5p buyers are not being attracted, there may well be a purpose in that, or it may well be mm greed that is in play here, either way it does no good for the investor let alone the company, its time there was some serious FSA action on spreads, but i doubt the fsa will do anything at all. |
Posted at 14/9/2005 18:31 by future earner Yippee another fellow investor....or maybe we should both see a doctor....joking aside. Have complete faith in this stock, hope we're both rewarded. All the best....Kv |
Posted at 26/6/2004 12:23 by andysand It looks like a debt for equity swap to me though I am not an expert on this subject! The plus is that the company will be debt free. The minus is that shreholders face dilution. As for the price, I would have thought it would be broadly nuetral though it might get a push up as a negative NAV was worrying some would be investors. That situation is now remedied. Andy |
Posted at 28/4/2004 12:58 by flc All this needs is a bit of publicity. Chart would indicate that we may see another very minor decrease before rising again to 5p +. It's very evident that the price is being held back purposely. I wonder if the management have anything to do with this because they are being very discreet with new contracts etc.Laing's option looks interesting. Perhaps more relevant than we think. A very interesting couple of months for investors ahead of us. |
Posted at 12/12/2003 12:03 by flc safman - I think you're or should I say 'we' are on our own. Until they start to generate some PR and investor interest things will remain slow. That's the problem with Asite they are a great company but don't tell anyone how great they are! |
