    AsianLogic Limited ("AsianLogic" or the "Company") 
Transaction in own Shares

    AsianLogic, a diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company, announces that on 12 January 2009 it purchased 514,463
ordinary shares for 27p per share representing 0.59 per cent. of the Company's shares in issue. The purchased shares will all be held as
treasury shares.  

    The buyback of shares was carried out in accordance with the Company's share repurchase plan announced to the market on 9 January 2009.


    Following the aforementioned purchase of shares, the Company holds 24,021,032 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 86,234,718.
