RNS Number:5207O AsianLogic Limited 22 February 2008 22 February 2008 AsianLogic Limited ("AsianLogic" or the "Company") AsianLogic to Partner Two New Online Poker Rooms AsianLogic Limited (AIM: ALOG), the Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company has signed an agreement with Fortune Bid Holdings BVI to introduce two new online poker rooms to compete in the rapidly expanding Asian poker market. Through its operating subsidiary ESL, AsianLogic will launch the first of the two poker rooms in April 2008 to be called Dirty Stack Poker - a term which is familiar to the poker world referring to a mixed stack of chips. The second poker room will follow shortly giving Fortune Bid Holdings two distinct poker sites appealing to two different types of poker players. Under the terms of agreement, the new poker rooms will utilize the Playtech platform and become part of the iPoker network of which ESL is already a part. Playtech is the world's largest software provider for the gaming industry and iPoker is the world's largest multi licensee poker network paying over $13M in tournaments prizes on a monthly basis. "A veteran of the gaming industry for many years, Mr. Cislowski has developed an extensive network of websites that drive players to independent gaming sites. Now all this player traffic will be directed to proprietary poker rooms and we at AsianLogic are very happy to be his partner in what will undoubtedly be a highly successful venture," said Mr. Parker, CEO, Asianlogic Ltd. "We have been hoping to establish our own rooms for sometime but needed a strong partner already established in the market," said John Cislowski, President of Fortune Bid Holdings BVI. "We have been in discussions with ESL for some months as they are a major force in online gaming particularly in the Asian region." "We are very excited at this agreement and what it brings to the table for us. We have been driving significant poker traffic for many years to third party sites and have an established and loyal customer base and with our own poker rooms we see this as an opportunity to take it to another level," said Mr. Cislowski. - ends - For further information contact: Tom Hall, Executive Vice Chairman AsianLogic c/o Bell Pottinger +44 207 861 3232 Tim Mickley Collins Stewart +44 207 523 8350 David Rydell/Chris Hamilton/Helen Tarbet Bell Pottinger Corporate & Financial +44 207 861 3232 NOTES TO EDITORS AsianLogic is a leading online and land-based gaming company focusing on the Asia-Pacific markets.
