Because a cash payment of £1.15 per share held is being made to shareholders on 8 July. Voted for at the Meeting last Friday. Naturally that will be reflected in the share price - hence the drop

Hello Phil , the way that i am ready the info i got from the share people is that we are getting 1.15p per share that we are holding by this friday 27th june at 6pm , i think it may be a bit off a roller coaster this week as regard too your 1.92p price who no,s whats going too happen but the share price i think my self may drop back on friday from were ever it is Hope this is helping ! Just received a letter regarding return of cash it looks like it will be 115 pence per ordinary share that was held before cancelation off shares ! that will be a nice little bonus good luck all . Naughty ,,

Not sure whats going on thought that there would have been ready too do what they wanted too do with the money there was a 1 pound ish figure and you had too be holding before the cancelation off trading off shares its all very long winded Holding on Naughty . !
