One pound in every £4 of advertising spend is now online, according to the latest advertising study from the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) and PwC. More than £4bn was spent on internet advertising last year, slightly under the £4.28bn spent on television advertising in 2010. The internet's slice of advertising has increased to 25%, with television having a 26% share of the market. Total advertising spend in the UK in 2010 was £16.6bn, the Telegraph reports...

Asia Digital Holdings - ADH achieved a rise of 42% last week. The rise is continuing this morning and there is still a week to go before the positive News Update is expected on the 5th April.

I am holding till the news and topping up on any dips. DYOR

Interesting post on LSE BB:

Lots going to be in the results:-

1. Trading for the company as a whole up to the sale of the Austrailian side of the busines (profit of loss).

2. The outcome of the sale & paying off debts (most of which we know) - just the final figures & how much of the defered payment is left & when it will be payed.

3. Trading for the company since the sale of Austraila - with things like the set up costs (which should be very low as china was set up by dell and more or less given to ADH with a contract to advertise in china for them).

4. The interesting bit - updates on forcasts for this year & details of new customers & contracts.

In effect ADH has made a totaly new start with a focus on Asia & mainly China which took place between the middle to end of the last years trading. In my view most of the trading results will be useless to us as they dont reflect the companys current postion (& I'm expecting a loss on traiding possably a small profit after the sale of Austraila). The bits that I will be looking for is now debt free & the company set up will they be able to expand without needing to raise any cash - is it or if not how long will it be before the new side is making profit & how many new customers do we have. The directors are confident as they took 50% ish of there wages in shares for the next 2 years @ .5p when the shares where valued at .26p - this has proven to be a good move todate & would have helped their cash flow forcasts as well.

W Formation



In technical analysis, a price trend characterized by a sharp fall, then a sharp rise, then a second sharp fall, and finally a second sharp rise. It is called a W formation because the series of rises and falls vaguely looks like the letter W. Technical analysts may consider a W formation a buy signal if the second sharp rises outpaces the two previous price highs.

8 more trading days until the results are announced, if it carries on like this the share price will be between 2-3p by the time we get the actual figures?

The management knows of no reason BLAH BLAH (apart from the results out on Tues 5th April)

Looks like Asia Digital (LON:ADH) has managed to get through the recent resistance and is now a Breakout Stock, See the Summary post below:

It seems that around 0.8 we've got some resistance- 22nd of feb we reached it then turned back- on the 2nd of march the same thing and we're there again now. i believe we've got a pretty good change to break the resistance today and hold above- simply on grounds of much higher volumes with excellent buying pressure behind it.

more drivers to push it through i believe is

1. a broader investor base. more people are buying in and holding-

2. results are close now- 12 trading days away, expecting a build up towards-

3. few shares in freefloat getting less all the time as people buy & hold

4. strong fundamentals- zero debt, huge potential, top experienced directors

Nice to see the ADH share price above the 20 day moving average again.

It is also very nice to see the Parabolic SAR starting a new Up Trend today:



The Volume seems to be increasing as we move towards the News to be released at the beginning of April. IMHO
