AIM
Asbis to cancel AIM listing
Following the successful listing of ASBISc Enterprises PLC on the Warsaw Stock
Exchange in October 2007, the Company has decided to cancel its AIM listing with
effect from 18th March 2008 in order to consolidate all liquidity to a single
exchange.
The Company's ordinary shares trade and will continue to trade on the main
market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw (Bloomberg ticker - ASB PW, WSE
ticker - ASB). UK holders of the Company's ordinary shares can trade through any
member broker of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including appropriate UK Brokers,
subject to certain procedural requirements.
The Company would like to express its gratitude to AIM for the support they have
shown to ASBIS during its short listing on the market.

(unaudited), a 27.4% increase in comparison to the same period in 2006.
For the year ended 31 December 2006, ASBIS revenues exceeded USD 1.0bn and net
profit was USD 11.1m.
