Senior Manager Changes - ASB Bank Limited (ASB)

ASB Chief Transformation Officer Lohit Kalburgi will leave ASB on 30 June 2024, returning home to the UK for family reasons. Lohit joined the bank in 2019, in the role of Executive General Manager Corporate Strategy and Customer Experience before moving to the role of Chief Transformation Officer in 2022.

 

Roles reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer will move to other Senior Managers.

 

ASB is introducing a new executive position, Chief Operating Officer, to lead operations excellence across the business. Current Chief Risk Officer Amie Nilsson has been appointed to this position, effective 15 August 2024, subject to relevant regulatory approvals.

 

An announcement regarding an Acting Chief Risk Officer will be made in due course while a permanent replacement for Amie is recruited.
