Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker 
 
Trading in the shares of the Company was suspended on 12 July 2010 as a result 
of the Company being unable to substantially implement its investing policy, or 
complete a reverse takeover, as required by Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for 
Companies. 
 
Northland Capital Partners Ltd has today resigned as nominated adviser and 
broker to the Company with immediate effect. 
 
Given the Company's shares have been suspended since 12 July 2010, pursuant to 
AIM Rule 41, admission of the ordinary shares will be cancelled with effect 
from 7am on Thursday 13 January 2011.
