TIDMARTO Arteon PLC / Index: AIM / Epic: ARTO Arteon PLC (`Arteon' or the `Company') Issue of options 30 October 2009 Arteon PLC, the AIM traded real estate investment and services company, announces that, on 29 October 2009, it granted options over 17,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 1.9 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company) to David Macfarlane, a non-executive director of the Company, as set out in the table below:- Director Number Exercise Exercise period* Number of Percentage of price Ordinary of Ordinary options Shares Shares held granted (pence) held From To David Macfarlane 17,000 15.21956* 30/10/10 29/10/19 40 Nil *The exercise price represents the price at which the Company placed 788,459 Ordinary shares in July 2009. Mr Macfarlane has agreed not to dispose of the shares issued to him pursuant to this grant of options for a period of one year from the date of exercise of the options. No performance conditions are attached to the options. Following the above grant, the total number of options outstanding over the Company's share capital is 19,294 (representing approximately 2.2 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company). The issued share capital of the Company comprises 877,040 Ordinary Shares of 5p each. Patrick Aisher, a Director of Arteon, stated: "David has worked above and beyond the scope of his engagement and his professional skills have saved the Company significant outlays, not least during the negotiation of the recent licence agreement.
