Interim Dividend Declaration 
 
 
On 28 January 2009 the Company announced that the Board and the board of Artemis 
AiM VCT 2 plc had reached an agreement in principle on terms to merge the 
companies.  Meanwhile, the Board has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 
4p per ordinary share for year ended 31 January 2009.  This dividend will be 
paid on 1 June 2009 to shareholders on the register on 6 March 2009.
