EXCO UPDATE

Arqiva Financing PLC today announces the resignation of Sean West, Chief Financial Officer, with a search to find a successor underway. 

Mr West joined Arqiva in 2015 as Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance and has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2019. He has agreed to remain in post while a recruitment process is undertaken and is expected to leave Arqiva in Spring 2025.   

Arqiva CEO, Shuja Khan commented: "Sean has made a significant contribution to the business during his time here and he leaves with our best wishes."
