There will be some that are staying on the sidelines for now. They won't participate until they have undertaken sufficient research.I have no idea of what opportunities AVP are currently looking at. If a lucrative project comes along, and this takes off, those invested now will be in a far better position than those that join the party later. Just my thoughts. TMK
