ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
Arko Holdings plc ("the Company" or "Arko")
Dealings by Directors in the share capital of the Company
The Directors of Arko announce that on 5 November 2003 Keen Lloyd Holdings
Limited ("KLHL") disposed of 719,713 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("ordinary
shares") in the Company, representing a 0.04% interest in the share capital of
the Company, to two former employees of the Company and notified the Company
accordingly.
Following this disposal, which was for nil consideration, the shareholding of
KLHL in the Company is now 1,663,977,501 ordinary shares, representing 93.16% of
the Company's issued share capital.
KLHL is wholly owned by The Chin Dynasty Fund. The Chin Dynasty Fund is a
discretionary trust where Mr Qin Shun Chao is the settlor. The members of the
family of Mr. Qin are the potential beneficiaries of the trust and Mr. Qin is
the father of Mr Chin Kam Chiu, Chairman of the Company.
