ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
Arko Holdings plc ("the Company" or "Arko")
Dealings by Directors in the share capital of the Company
The Directors of the Company announce that on 2 October 2003 Keen Lloyd Holdings
Limited ("KLHL") disposed of 1,026,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("ordinary
shares") in the Company to a former employee of the Company. Following this
disposal, which was for nil consideration, the shareholding of KLHL in the
Company is now 1,708,974,000 ordinary shares, representing 95.83% of the
Company's issued share capital.
KLHL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chin Dynasty Foundation Limited ("CDFL"),
which is considered to be the ultimate holding company of Arko. Mr. Chin Kam
Chiu's family are potential beneficiaries of the Chin Dynasty Fund, a trust
which has an interest in CDFL. Accordingly, the shareholding of KLHL in the
Company is deemed to be a disclosable interest of Mr. K.C. Chin under Section
324 of the Companies Act 1985.
