18/3/2013 11:04 | Thanks Duncan | mypension
18/3/2013 11:01 | my pension,I presume with the million pound cash they will have after costs and the just under a million owed to them plus the huge tax write-offs they make the perfect shell company. If you put these together we should easily be up above the 1p-1.5p mark so time will tell I suppose. I think it's a waiting game now to see who sticks their head above the parapet and shows an interest in the form of a possible reverse takeover. I did o.k out of the last one so hopefully history will repeat itself. | duncandisorderly
18/3/2013 08:43 | Can anyone explain why people are still buying. If I knew why I might buy more to average down. | mypension

15/3/2013 14:56 | tomb. the woundcare although expected is not guaranteed and there are expenses of 300k for a year until they give back the cash. So hopefully before then some other decent biotech can utilise all the tax losses with the reverse takeover and listing?? | joeblogg2
15/3/2013 14:50 | This was @ 3p+ a few weeks back - now @ 0.4p - As a consequence of the Disposal, Ark Plc will have a net cash balance of approximately £1 million following settlement of all currently outstanding liabilities. Ark Plc is expecting the Woundcare business to continue to perform, so as to trigger the payment obligation of up to £0.926 million (in deferred consideration) as a result of the disposal of the Woundcare business in 2010. Effectively around £1.9mill possible? | tomboyb
15/3/2013 14:45 | I must be a bit thick or I am missing something. Here is my post from yesterday - how can things be so dire when the results seem so good. Surely some bank must have seen the progress. Just wondering - this is from the RNS on 21 Jan "The Company has seven active clients, and a number of further contracts in late stage negotiations as well as a growing order book based on a significant number of further client discussions. Unaudited revenue for 2012 was up 300% to c£1.8 million compared to 2011." and in November last year "We are pleased to report real progress in the delivery of our vision to become a leading contract development and manufacturing partner for viral drug development. ,,,,As we reported in our interim results, the Company had cash and cash equivalents of £4.9m at 30 June 2012. ...Dr David Venables, CEO of Ark, commented: "I am deeply encouraged by the progress we have made since the Company transitioned to a services orientated revenue-generating business earlier this year and would like to thank management, staff and shareholders for their continued support of our new business model." So why are the directors worried - why are they - it seems - trying to sell off the company? Revenue up 300% cash in June of $4.9 million.??? | mypension
15/3/2013 14:43 | They have sold everyone down the river and are laughing at shareholders.Total scum! | duncandisorderly
15/3/2013 14:19 | Those directors have completely mismanaged this. I am shocked at the costs and no doubt they got handsomely paid!! | joeblogg2 |
