Exercise of Options
Archipelago has issued a total of 6,178,301 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") as a result of the merchant bank RMB Australia Limited
exercising 6,718,301 options, which had been held since 2007, to acquire shares
at an exercise price of 12.5 pence per share.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to London's AIM on 14
December 2010.
As a result of this share issue, the Company has in issue 569,197,635 Common
Shares, with voting rights.
