Results of General Meeting 
Appointment of Investment Manager 
Change of the Company's name 
 
 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today 
at 11.00am at 32 Bedford Row,  London, WC1R 4HE all resolutions were passed. 
 
 
Accordingly the Directors have appointed Elderstreet Investments Limited 
("Elderstreet Investments") as the Company's Investment Manager with immediate 
effect. There will be no change in the Company's investing strategy as a result 
of the appointment of Elderstreet Investments as Investment Manager with  Arc 
VCT continuing to invest in small, unquoted companies with a view to realising a 
gain via a trade sale, listing via IPO or other suitable exit route. 
 
 
Elderstreet was founded in 1990 and currently has more than GBP35 million under 
management, has expertise in tax-driven vehicles, including VCTs and EIS Funds, 
and is a specialist in the smaller company market, AIM and the unlisted sectors. 
Elderstreet has strong proprietary deal flow and has a "hands on" portfolio 
management style. Elderstreet was shortlisted for VCT Fund Manager of the Year 
2008 and for Special Investment Vehicle 2009 in the Growth Company Awards." 
 
 
In addition, and to reflect the change of Investment Manager, the Company has 
changed its name from Arc Growth Company VCT plc to Bedford Row VCT Plc with
