Update on Orient Home Investment Deposit Arbitration
Net Asset Value as at 30 September 2014
ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH") (AIM: ARCH) announces that on 17 October 2014, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission ("CIETAC"), extended the deadline for rendering an arbitral award on the Orient Home Investment Deposit by a further three months to 21 January 2015.
NAV as at 30 September 2014
ARCH announces that as at the close of business on 30 September, 2014, its unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per share was US$0.3315, which represents a decrease of approximately 9.8% compared to NAV per share at the close of business on 30 June 2014.
