·    Final terms dated 31 January 2025 relating to the U.S.$1,250,000,000 8.625% Notes due 2030 issued by The Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$40,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2030 Final Terms"); and

·    Final terms dated 31 January 2025 relating to the U.S.$750,000,000 9.450% Notes due 2033 issued by The Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$40,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2033 Final Terms" and, together with the 2030 Final Terms, the "Final Terms").
