                 Further re: Aquilo sells AccidentCare Business


Further to the announcement earlier today and in accordance with Schedule 4 of
the AIM Rules, the following information in relation to the Company's recent
disposal of its AccidentCare membership services business is disclosed:

The effective date of the business transfer was 30th September 2005. The
transaction was for a cash consideration, payable on an instalment basis, and
will total #360,000 subject to certain mutually agreed conditions that were
finalised on 30 November 2005. The sale proceeds will be used for the
development of the Company's claims and advisory services.
