Aquilo plc ('the Company')
Exercise of Options
The Company announces that, on 8 November 2005, it approved the issue and
allotment of 1,965,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
following an exercise of share options under the Company's EMI Scheme by Mike
Eve, a Director of the Company, at an exercise price of nil pence per share.
This takes his holding in the company from 3,086,906 to 5,051,906 shares
representing 1.53% of the resulting share capital of the Company.
These shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares. Application
has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on 15 November 2005.
The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
The number of ordinary shares in issue following admission of these shares is
329,795,672.
