Aquilo PLC
01 December 2005

                             Aquilo plc ("Aquilo")

                       Aquilo sells AccidentCare Business

Aquilo has sold its AccidentCare membership services business and all associated
intellectual property to Broker Assistance Limited ("Broker Assistance"). The
effective date of the business transfer was 30th September 2005.

Aquilo and Broker Assistance have worked together closely since 2004 to provide
integrated claims handling, mobility, credit hire and credit repair services to
the AccidentCare members. This co-operation agreement has worked well for the
members and for both parties. The acquisition of the business by Broker
Assistance is a natural extension of this joint working.

Aquilo and Broker Assistance have also signed a business services agreement
whereby Aquilo will seek new business opportunities for fulfilment through
Broker Assistance.

The consideration is payable on an instalment basis and will total #360,000
subject to certain mutually agreed conditions.

Jon Ralph, Managing Director of Broker Assistance said: "We are very pleased to
acquire this business from Aquilo. We believe strongly that good value, customer
friendly products and services such as those provided by AccidentCare have
substantial long term growth potential within the new regulatory framework. The
purchase is a natural extension to our existing fulfilment arrangements and will
consolidate our relationship with all Accidentcare brokers and clients.

Clive Nicholls, CEO of Aquilo said: "We believe that this sale to Broker
Assistance will benefit all parties. The Aquilo focus is on developing claims
and advisory services and therefore we decided that this type of marketing
business would be better developed and expanded by an organisation such as
Broker Assistance".
