23/9/2012 12:08 | agree gap to be filled and then off we go again. Everything im reading this weekend suggest miners are coming back into fashion (not surprising after the sell off) and forecasts indicate this sector is due a bull run...i think weve seen the indications of this right here on aqp. | dohnot
21/9/2012 16:54 | Ftse reshuffle, aqp falling out of the ftse 250, comes into affect today hence the fall in the last half hour. Same has happened at AVM avocet | ukgeorge
21/9/2012 16:36 | Big volume in the closing auction - today is options expiry. Perhaps today saw the last of the index sellers in AQP. Onwards & Upwards next week..... | dinky00
21/9/2012 16:36 | Looks like early next week we will get 41p gap filled.... | bogotatrader
21/9/2012 16:27 | Maybe we wont get a bounce today after all..... | jibba jabber
21/9/2012 16:24 | aqp workers might strike next week | pimpi
21/9/2012 16:19 | Sad to see how easily AQP is falling today. Happy to say its on extremely light volume. Although LMI's production should pick up once more with the striking workers returning, its important to highlight that the Anglo American Platinum workers are now on strike......so this will still impact the Global Platinum surplus. The market taking its eye off the ball again. Although as people have said here before, the price today isn't important....its the price in 3 months/6 months..... | dinky00
21/9/2012 07:55 | Should get a bounce today, markets looking positive. | jibba jabber
20/9/2012 21:45 | Me and Sheila have a level 4 target of 7p Its a shame they caught out some of you more astute nobs on the false rise...now that they have you by the nipples, you will be swallowed up slowly, but surely. Let me know if my 7p target helps Sanksalot ==================== MARKET COMMENT: Resources Firms Sink Europe After Weak Data 20/9/2012 European stock markets dropped on Thursday, after lackluster global manufacturing and labor data underlined worries about economic growth, sending resource firms and banks lower. "Markets always worry about growth numbers in China and look for the demand for metals and goods. And if we don't get growth from China, where is it going to come from?" said Joe Neighbour, trader and research analyst at Central Markets. He said that markets are still seeing profit-taking after a quantitative-easing- "The QE effect is waning and risk is coming off. [Fed Chairman Ben] Bernanke may have exhausted all his options for easing and can't do much more," Neighbour said. "We need to see a reasonable correction and none of us wants to be adding long positions. The upside potential is fairly limited at the moment." | sanks
20/9/2012 17:12 | 20p target for me, regardless of QE. precious metal will rise that does not necessarily mean AQP will rise. | juchris78
20/9/2012 16:05 | should tank tomorrow imho | druinsky
20/9/2012 13:29 | cheers guys- fingers crossed | jeanpenty
20/9/2012 13:12 | jeanpenty, I agree that about 41.5 seems to be the worst case scenario based on chart . But I suspect that it turned at 44 and profit taking over if dow does not tank whicb seems unlikely . | arja
20/9/2012 12:29 | From £4 a share just over a year ago to this,i see more upside than down. | karmastuartra
20/9/2012 12:27 | This has basically moved up a level and will now turn north, shortterm profit taking was inevitable, and i dont blame them, but looking mid-long term this is a real winner. | karmastuartra
20/9/2012 12:06 | Any ideas as to where this going now ? is this bottom of current retrace or is the gap at 41 a possible target? | jeanpenty
20/9/2012 11:04 | Ha yes ok, over n out.......the imbecile. | jibba jabber
20/9/2012 10:46 | let's just agree that I am a dimwit and a muppet and you are an imbecile ! ( smile ) . we must form a trading partnership and could make a fortune ! | arja
20/9/2012 09:44 | ordered 10k more @ 44 ......load up while you can .....think this pull back is about done imo what's it done 45% up and now 15% down in the last 10 days | mrminister
20/9/2012 09:33 | 75p target for me! | karmastuartra |
