What are the initial listing requirement for Nasdaq listing? With a large spread 22/27, I put a limit order to buy some shares today.

I am guessing that now they have the approval from the FDA and the Canadians, they are probably working on how to meet the listing requirements. This creates a great opportunity between now and when it happens (not if). All IMHO of course however do your own research.

Will the funding come from the Nasdaq listing? The company said this in the interims,

However, the Company’s shares are currently ineligible for admission to NASDAQ as they do not meet the initial listing requirements.

Any further info on this.

All will be revealed in terms of funding requirement once they announce Nasdaq listing particulars. When this happens these will take off IMHO. I missed the price drop yesterday to top up :(

Outlook

The Company continues to pursue the approval of its NADA for AAS and is hopeful that the decision will be received in the near term, however it has received no information on the status of FDA’s finalisation of approval of the application. The Board continues to be conscious of the Company’s limited cash resources and has maintained tight cost control while increasing operating activities in preparation for an approval. As stated previously, to fully implement the commercial phase, AquaBounty will require additional funding. AquaBounty continues to receive interest for its AAS from potential customers within USA as well as outside, which gives the Board confidence that the market potential for AAS is substantial

see also the bottom of the interim report - the are aiming to list on nasdaq so expect some action soon.

I am going to buy some coming week. FDA approval is very significant and helps to get approval from other regulators in Europe and Asia , especially in China.
