25/9/2017 09:26 | A bit of a shambles, but good news if you take the emotion out of the situation and have money available to take advantage. Buffy | buffythebuffoon
25/9/2017 08:53 | Zengas, Interesting. The blokes at shareprophets suggested a long time ago OS was a bit dodgy - which I would normally ignore but couldn't help thinking about. Maybe he was the wrong man from the beginning, but they took a gamble because he was cost effective option. If he was/is not upto task, better to part ways and get folk in who can do the job. Notably, this was after review with PK director so I'm pretty certain they would have made it clear OS is not upto the job. No point keeping someone who is below par. It costs more in the long run when failure becomes apparent. Pay the right money, get the right personnel in. RNS seems to hint at another announcement re. new drill manager 'advanced discussions'. 25/9/2017 08:03 | If you look at Olegs history, the last 5 companies he has been with have been 13-15 month stints. Possibly not up to the job ? "it was decided that there was a clear need to bolster the operational team by appointing an experienced drilling manager" | zengas
