20/8/2017 12:38 | Mengo is 50% you flipping moron. The deramping here is astonishing, to any would be investors take that as a sign that this IS a good thing. I would add it's 50% minimum, that's mathematically adding the chances of reperforating, flowing and everything else I can't remember off the top of my head. It's NOT including the fact the BOD are 6/6 here, the geography is incredible and all our neighbours are producing heavily. I hate giving predictions as morons follow you round shouting all the times you called the wrong but if this isn't 50p minimum by spud I'll eat my own face.KING | kingkongtimmo
20/8/2017 12:23 | anyone who doubts the potential for excitement and price action during the drill should read pages 17 and 18 | moneytree1
20/8/2017 12:07 | thatll be because he hasn't bought yet....where have we seen that before?!Donald you are a tramp. cos for mengo is actually@50- 60% if workovers/mengo produces positive information during drilling momentum will race this far higher before djeno results are known......probably to @50/60p possibly far higher. underpinned by 27p price.?..nice if it is as it would imply there is no risk to buying the stock at 24p with the chance of a 20 bagger on djeno results..who wouldn't bet the farm if that was the case? we're vitually sept already...so trying to deramp on the basis of waiting for drilling is pretty silly. clearly if someones looking for stock now its a game of taking as much as you can on any weakness as the window is closing ,that in turn will increase demand and price. 22 or under would be snapped up very quickly gong forward i'd imagine. | moneytree1
20/8/2017 12:06 | That seems an extremely low ball target IMO. Finncap have a DCF valuation of 21.3p for the workovers, 91p for the workovers plus the Mengo and 1000p including the Djeno. See page 4. hxxp://share-talk.co | phoebusav
20/8/2017 09:02 | Could be slippage to spud which will inevitable be as they haven't even issued contracts yet which in their own words they are going to do in the next couple of weeks, so that's start of September. I'll have a bet that rig doesn't start drilling till well into October, maybe even November. The company is producing 40bopd that's the bottom line, which is making nothing in real terms. Would agree it's not wildcat drilling but COS is about 29% I think. Production from mengo horizon averages between 200 and 400 bopd. Six wells have been drilled all successfully, so I would base valuation next year for AAOG on 300bopd and anything else is a bonus. Call it 60% net production to AAOG gives m/cap of about £20m so you get share price of roughly 27p based on PE of 10:1. Bottom line share price should be underpinned at 27p by next year assuming mengo comes good. | donald tramp
19/8/2017 22:32 | letit move around hold add buy | purple11
19/8/2017 13:29 | Funny how people start panicing because share price doesnt go up in a straight line. Pink not sure what you mean by fake news lol? We have rig contract, rig mobilization, multiple news on workovers, spud date late september/early october. There is a ton of news over next 4 weeks. | ileeman
19/8/2017 13:09 | It's sad the deramping that occurs on these boards by people locked out of because of poor trading. True, the interviewer was hardly paxman and didn't ask anything in detail, But I found both Macdonald and Sefton OK at worst. There's clearly a lot going on behind the scenes and the price at the moment is a complete gift. I have held since IPO and have no intention of trading the journey here. Those that do good luck to you, but to come here and de ramp when you've clearly been caught with your pants down gets on my nerves. | kingkongtimmo
19/8/2017 12:57 | 8 trading days till Sept. then the fun begins. He'll be banging on about the dividends once he's back in.atb | runwaypaul
19/8/2017 12:33 | It is sad and funny at the same time. Most of his posts are wrong. His exact words were drilling September 30th (which is basically October anyway lets face it) there could be a little bit of slippage but get the drill as soon as its free. Who cares, aslong as they get the job done properly with the right contractor. Interview was done earlier in the week, so 1-2 weeks to rig contractor news. Why is anyone interested in dividend?? lets see because this can yeild 50% just of workovers and Mengo alone and could start as early as 2017. Buffy forget to mention the juicy bits funny that. From top of head - 6 Mengo wells drilled all a success dividends still going ahead from 1000 bodp everything running smoothly and team even more confident with drill targets | ileeman
19/8/2017 11:53 | watched his holding halve in AAOG and chucked in the towel at the bottom dusted on in PVR not interested in EME @3,5p but happy to be spiked after its 3 bagged and trapped in suspended SAVP quality!lol | runwaypaul
19/8/2017 11:53 | buffythebuffoon - 08 Jun 2017 - 16:07:28 - 659 of 1095 ◄ SAVANNAH PETROLEUM PLC ► - SAVP For the idiots saying it could take months, perhaps they should read the RNS, or maybe we can read it to them, if they can't read SAVP out of suspension yet? pmsl | runwaypaul
19/8/2017 11:26 | you accused me of missing the ride from 17s which was incorrect. But It is crystal Buffy sold at the lows-.complete silence during the move back up, and now a gentle deramp hoping to be able to hop back in on this pullback. Buffy the clown. masquerading it like a know it all....calling it like a plonka. | runwaypaul
19/8/2017 10:40 | buffy haha | ileeman
19/8/2017 09:48 | The CEO looked like he was ready for his horlicks in the Sharetalk 'interview' The drilling won't commence until some time in Oct at the earliest. I was surprised to hear that it will be up to three weeks before they even start awarding contracts for the drill. They have 40 shortlisted for the 20 or so different disciplines involved. That's not a lot of notice for some of the successful bidders. Still, while AAOG have decided to go it alone on the drill, and I'm never comfortable with that, the potential is clearly there. Did I miss something? The interviewer/presente The one real mystery to me is why anybody would be interested in dividends! Buffy | buffythebuffoon
18/8/2017 19:54 | Spiked by fake news? What a load of cobblers. The priced move from 17p to 26.5p in 3 separate and rapid waves characterised by low buy liquidity with limit orders required to buy any stock at many price points. The rise in the share price started at the all time low and was tame considering the major appraisal and exploration well spudding in a few weeks and the laughably low valuation. The slight pullback may be due to the 2-3 week delay in finalising the drilling related contracts as alluded to in today's interview. It has provided a good buying opportunity for those that weren't able to get liquidity as the share price rose the first time. As you say nothing has changed, just a short term consolidation with a bit of fake negativity. | phoebusav
18/8/2017 18:42 | In truth, the share price was spiked by fake news/hope.I can assure you that nothing has changed here-good or bad.I expect a few announcements over the next couple of months but not a running commentary like some of our contemparies. | pinkfoot1
18/8/2017 17:01 | Awful week | aimmafia
18/8/2017 16:37 | I have not sold any either in at 25.6p so a few quid down | guyswonga74
18/8/2017 15:08 | Doing quite well considering how many have sold up today. I can buy for 24.85p which is below the mid price so a possible dip again maybe to 24.5p offer could be coming and no I have not sold any today. | love it
18/8/2017 15:02 | sport dont think they will declare. Another fund who sold on IPO day did not declare either when went below threshhold. | ileeman
18/8/2017 13:52 | Had my chat with the chairman and CEO-all cool as far as I'm concerned. We await the rig and all on schedule so nothing has changed that we already know. I like the execs-they are pretty humble and not at all jacked up like others in the sector we know | pinkfoot1
18/8/2017 13:21 | surprised still no notification from the 1mln+ trade earlier in the week (possibly CF full out?) | sportbilly1976 |
