Reseller Agreement
Amteus is pleased to announce that it has signed a reseller agreement with
Insight Direct (UK) Limited, a subsidiary of Insight Enterprises Inc.,
("Insight") to sell the Company's secure Instant Messaging product to Insight's
corporate clients. In addition, the Company has also agreed a joint marketing
programme to promote the Company's products to Insight's customer base.
The Company is also pleased to announce that it continues to make progress with
its strategy of signing up resellers.
