Placing and Admission to AIM
Amteus, the provider of software applications for secure transmission of voice
and data over the Internet for businesses, announces that trading in its
ordinary shares begins on the AIM market today.
The Company has raised £3.42 million, net of expenses, by a Placing of
7,272,717 new ordinary shares of 10p each at 55p per share. Following the
Placing the Company has 34,466,387 ordinary shares in issue and the market
capitalisation at the Placing Price will be £18.96 million.
Copies of the Company's Admission Document are available from the Company's
registered office, 57 Cardigan Lane, Leeds LS4 2LE and from the offices of John
