Director/PDMR Shareholding

                             Director Shareholding                             

The Company has today issued 8,191 ordinary shares at 113p per share (being the
average of the closing middle market prices over the previous five trading
days) to the Right Honourable Michael Howard QC MP, Non-Executive Director.

The shares have been issued in lieu of fees payable to Mr Howard as a Non
Executive Director of the Company. Mr Howard now holds 8,191 ordinary shares,
which is equivalent to 0.024 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of
the Company.

The Company has made an application for the shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 13 July 2006.

In addition, Mr Howard has also entered into an option agreement with Jeffrey
Morris, Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company. Under the terms of the
agreement Mr Morris has granted Mr Howard an option to acquire up to 250,000
ordinary shares at 96.05p per share. The option may be exercised at any time
after six months from the date of this announcement for a period of ten years.
