Amistar Reports Change in Auditor for Fiscal 2007

SAN MARCOS, Calif., Nov. 5  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amistar Corporation (Pink Sheets: AMTA), today announced that the Company's audit committee, as affirmed by the board of directors, dismissed BDO Seidman, LLP ("BDO Seidman") as the Company's independent auditors for the year ending December 31, 2007, and appointed Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. ("MHM"), as the Company's independent auditors.

The decision to change auditors is the result of the Company's ongoing efforts to reduce expenses.
