05/10/2017 13:03 | Was that your 2 million BA? | small crow
05/10/2017 10:28 | Somebody wants these, but not at a fair price! | small crow
04/10/2017 19:31 | THAT WOULD BE COMMON SENSE. MOTIF SHARES WILL RETRACE UP MASSIVE, 100P WILL COME. THAT COULD PROVIDE £37M TO AMP TO COVER LIABILITIES AND PLENTY LEFT. | bullet ant
04/10/2017 16:03 | Regardless of the good news from the MTFB camp this stock will not be liquid enough to attract serious investment. The debt this company is carrying instantly wipes out any gains from MTFB. Sorksannorks comment 1378 is spot on. What is the point of supporting useless partner companies that drain AMPs resourses and increase more debt. Morgan should cut AMPs losses and get rid of the dead weight. Re-evaluate partner companies immediate prospects and publish a revised business plan. This will raise the mkt cap and create new investment. Morgan needs to get a grip otherwise AMP will end up selling ALL MTFB shares just to furnish unsustainable debt. | hoggar
04/10/2017 15:02 | See they have all vanished. 2p is much better value than 2.75p to buy. mtfb dropped 10% from highs so this has followed. | dave4545
04/10/2017 13:36 | Unusually tight spread atm 2.15-2.2p | dave4545
04/10/2017 11:52 | Sorry apf don't believe a word you say.. FOS | shirley83

04/10/2017 11:24 | Dave or should i say apfindley.. Full of it | letmepass
04/10/2017 11:22 | I do hold btw. I just detest the pump and dump squad but looks like they have already sold and moved on. | dave4545
04/10/2017 11:19 | Reading the RNS again they have said that they won't sell before January so I guess they won't. The last sale was forced by their lender so they had no choice. They now have until January to find an alternative loan arrangement that gives them greater flexibility on how and when they dispose of more shares. | longshanks
04/10/2017 11:10 | longshanks If they knew the price was going to rise then they should have waited 2 weeks to dump 4 million MTFB, could have got another £1 million for them :-)) | dave4545
04/10/2017 11:09 | I think if they sell MTFB before Jan-18 having said in their last RNS they would not, this would go down badly. I would think that the directors recognise that this is the jewel in the AMP crown and would want to hold on to it as long as they could. RG made his money from biotech so knows how these companies can appreciate in value. If MTFB increases as much as we all hope it will significantly AMP's hand in their other investments as well as securing better loan terms. | dlm2602
04/10/2017 11:06 | My take is that they know the price of MTFB is likely to rise significantly from here. They aren't obliged to wait until January to sell but the important thing is that they are not currently forced sellers. My guess is that they will sell some when the price goes above 70p. I like the fact that this is a geared play on MTFB. I just wish we didn't have such detritus on the board muddying the debate. | longshanks
04/10/2017 11:01 | dlm2602 Sorry, yes you are correct. They are almost there. I wonder if they will change their mind and sell some MTFB if they move above the "break even" point or stick to their guns and wait until 2018. | dave4545
04/10/2017 10:58 | dav4545, your post 1443 is wrong. Their liabilities are USD not GBP. So $29.2m = £22m. 37.15 MTFB shares gives a price of 59p to cover this liability. Their other assets (mainly privately held) were valued at £7.6m as at 30 June. This is a highly geared play on MTFB. The higher MTFB rises, the more attractive it looks. | dlm2602
04/10/2017 10:57 | letmepass Bid rising again ? what bid you getting ? | dave4545
04/10/2017 10:54 | Bid rising again... | letmepass
04/10/2017 10:50 | kids eh, they want their million in a day and do not care what they post in the hope of getting it. You have to filter bullet ant, I'm not sure why Advfn do not moderate their site any more but it's a terrible place now | dave4545
04/10/2017 10:49 | WE WILL SELL AT 5P TOMORROW OR POSSIBLY HIGHER | bullet ant
04/10/2017 10:48 | ONCE 3.0P IS SHOWN IT WILL BE BALASTED | bullet ant |
