07/11/2013 09:48 | A pure indication that Kromek was pitched in too cheaply. For a new technology stock to be over subscribed and attracting investors at this stage is testimony to the unique portfolio and possible early stage profit making. Kromek could easily double in price within a year which would reflect a fair price for the stock considering the global release of money into new technology companies in the coming year as the world comes out of recession. If Amphion continue to hold it's asset share in the company the share value will increase to over £20million. With limitless prospects for Firestar in the making the future is certainly looking brighter for investors. | hoggar
07/11/2013 08:46 | Nice rise on Kromek today. | isis
05/11/2013 11:57 | The Kromek value covers the mkt cap by a couple of million. Kromek clinches new order and gets $1m payment 5 November 2013 | 08:32am StockMarketWire.com - Kromek has won an order for $990,000 to supply its cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) detectors to a long standing original equipment manufacturer customer in the single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) market. The majority of the order is expected to be completed and delivered in the current financial year and represents the conversion of a previously obtained letter of intent from this customer. In addition, the company announced that it had received its expected $1m first year exclusivity payment from a top four OEM in the computed tomography (CT) market, as part of its $5.3m mutually exclusive development contract for developing and supplying CZT based multispectral (colour) detectors, as part of an initial two-year programme. Kromek says the global CT market is estimated to grow to $5.1bn by 2017 and represents one of the major diagnostic modalities in the medical imaging markets worldwide. The company says it is pleased to report that the development programme is progressing as per plan. - See more at: | isis
17/10/2013 01:08 | Just noticed the reference in the introduction to this thread about Celgene which Richard Morgan co-founded. (He's Kromek's chairman.) It refers to a market cap of $12bn.........it's now $64bn ! | outlook123

16/10/2013 16:29 | Looking at KMK oversubscribed first day trading up 20% reinforces investors believe Kromek will possibly move into operational profit next year. Amphion's stake now stands at approx £7.2mil more than the mkt cap. | hoggar

24/9/2013 10:47 | No hidden tremors here, all as expected with the current state of affairs. There is however a glimmer of optimism with the prolonged Datatern litigation saga. The judge sitting at the the 9th July 2013 Markman hearing has made it clear with his undisguised opinion regarding the patent strength of Datatern's case. Of course the intense legal strength of the Microsoft & SAP teams to sway the judge at the original hearing was unacceptable considering the proven validity of all patents under question. The appeal should put this wrong right. The US Federal courts cannot continue to ignore the USPTO and the fact that all patents are validated and safe. | hoggar
23/9/2013 15:48 | From iii board Kromek valuation £75million ; Amphion has 14% = £10.5 million pre IMO; todays valuation of AMP £5.11 million @ .035 - am I missing something or is everyone else?? and [...] | outlook123

12/9/2013 10:29 | Obviously Amphion and their advisors have done their homework on this listing and timing is crucial especially as world financial institutions are looking for new enterprises. Last week another wall St report strongly indicated the markets are desperate for new innovative investments. There is no doubt Kromek have a distinct advantage over competitors with secure patent CZT packages but even this market has moved along quickly over the last few years with significant advances in ultrasound imagery. Kromek urgently need this investment to keep pace with far east developments so I expect the markets will welcome this opportunity to invest in up and coming technology. The success of this IPO on aim will be ( I suspect ) a prelude to a duel listing on Nastaq. Kromek already have a strong presence in America with recent takeovers of two US companies with strong associated patents. There is a strong appetite for new technology companies on Nasdaq and if those companies come with sound management, product strategy, and turn key state of the art packages, all the better. New companies with this structure do not fail but are usually bought up before they become too expensive. Amphion will of course use the profits from their investment in Kromek to balance books and accelerate other partner companies to IPO. Keep an eye on Firestar. Their developed MDMI open source medical register software ( if adopted nationwide ) will be massive. See link for more info hxxp://www.proactive | hoggar
12/9/2013 10:01 | Having sold all my shares at under 1.6p (a loss of some 70%) I feel pretty stupid but this is a risk all punters must take ! Congratulations to all of you who held on in spite of AMP's troubles in the American law courts which looked terminal to me. Kromek looks a very attractive investment in its own right and it will be interesting to see if AMP recovers enough from it to emerge with its other investments intact and what their value might be. | varies
12/9/2013 08:35 | There is some confidence coming to the markets now - even the royal mail is looking to float very soon - | tomboyb
