ALTIN: Invitation to the Annual General Meeting

Baar, 9 April 2014 - ALTIN AG (SIX: ALTN, LSE: AIA), the Swiss alternative investment company, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 5 May 2014 at 2:00pm (Swiss time) at Parkhotel Zug, Industriestrasse 14, in Zug.

Among the various items of the agenda, a revision of the Articles of Association (statutes), in conformity with legislative amendments to Swiss Company Law, will be proposed to the AGM.
