ALTIN: 2012 Half year results

Baar, 31 August 2012 - ALTIN AG (SIX: ALTN, LSE: AIA), the Swiss alternative investment company, has today published its half year results as at 30 June, 2012. Active asset allocation and strong manager selection were key to protecting capital over the period under review and also to generate strong risk-adjusted returns. During the first half of the year ALTIN outperformed the HFRI FoF Composite index. ALTIN's portfolio, which comprises over 30 funds, is very liquid, enabling the fund manager to follow a dynamic management approach and to take advantage of investment opportunities.
