Proposed director participation in Placing

Mr Rupert Dorey, who is a director of the Company and who is currently interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (representing 0.14% of the issued share capital), has indicated to the Board that one of his connected persons will subscribe for 100,000 Placing Shares pursuant to the Placing. This subscription will be in addition to the 100,000 Placing Shares which Mr Dorey has already indicated he will subscribe for personally (as disclosed in the Prospectus published in connection with the proposed Placing).
