Termination of Agreement

Alpha Strategic PLC, the AIM quoted specialist investment group (AIM:APS), announces that the Company has mutually agreed with IKOS Asset Management Limited ("IAML") to terminate, with immediate effect, the Principal Advisory Services Agreement between Acme Advisors Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and IAML following the expiry of the minimum revenue period on 31 March 2013.

The Company has already provided in full for any goodwill impairment in respect of this investment in its unaudited interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 September 2012 and will receive no further income from IAML.

Alpha is considering a very healthy pipeline of investment opportunities in the UK, Europe and USA, and remains fully committed to its strategy of creating a portfolio of uncorrelated minority investments in established fund management businesses.

The Company expects to release its audited final results for the year ended 31 March 2013 on 30 August 2013 and to hold its annual general meeting on 23 September 2013.
