On 16 October 2006 the Board announced that, following the appointment of Mark
Adams as Finance Director and after a suitable handover period, Tim Redburn,
formerly Interim Finance Director, would step down from the Board.



The Board meanwhile, having fully reviewed the conclusions of the Special
Investigation conducted last year, including the need to secure an additional
non-executive director with relevant financial expertise, is delighted to
announce that Mr Redburn will not step down from the Board and will become an
independent non-executive director with effect from 1 February 2007.



Mr Redburn will also become a member of both the Audit Committee, where he meets
the requirements of the Combined Code for at least one member of the committee
to have recent and relevant financial experience, and of the Remuneration
Committee.

"Tim was an obvious choice as a non-executive director.  He's a chartered
accountant, has an outstanding track record in both public and private companies
across a range of senior finance roles and has extensive experience of the
aviation sector.  I am delighted that Tim will be staying on the Board"
