NOTIFICATION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES

On 23rd July 2002, ALPHA Airports Group Plc ("the Company") was informed that 
The ALPHA Airports Group Employee Benefit Trust ("The Trust") acquired by 
acquisition in the market on 23rd July 2002, at an average price of 66.2p per 
share, a total of 125,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the 
Company. As a potential beneficiary under the Trust, Kevin Abbott, being an 
executive director of the Company is treated as being interested in such shares.
