Contract won with Etihad Airways

Alpha, one of the world's leading independent airport retailers and flight
caterers, is delighted to announce that its Alpha Flight Services division has
signed a three-year contract to provide catering services for Etihad Airways'
direct flights from Sydney to Abu Dhabi. The contract will commence on 27 March
2007.

Etihad Airways is the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates and is
considered one of the world's fastest growing airlines. The route to Sydney, the
carrier's first to Australia, will operate three times a week but will, from
June 2007, become a daily service. It is also anticipated Etihad Airways will,
in due course, increase its routes into Australia's other key ports.

Alpha Flight Services has built a number of strong franchises including one
covering flights from Australia. Over the past year, the Australian business has
secured important contract wins with Malaysian Airlines and Air New Zealand.
Alpha now has strong coverage across Australia with nine ports including high
standard international facilities in all major cities. Other significant
contracts are with Cathay Pacific, Air Tahiti Nui and Royal Brunei. Alpha is
also the managing company for Qantas Airways' global on board duty free sales
programme.
