                         Cancellation of trading on AIM



Further to the announcement on 1 May 2008, the Company hereby notifies that, due
to an adjournment of the Court Petition Hearing until this afternoon, the
cancellation of the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM, which
was scheduled to that effect on Monday 12 May 2008, is now expected to take
effect from 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday 13 May 2008. Consequently, the last trading day
on AIM is expected to be Monday 12 May 2008.


Capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as in the Scheme
Document dated 12 March 2008.
