Allied Healthcare International Inc. - admission of securities to AIM and
disclosure of former directors' dealings
Allied Healthcare International Inc. (AIM: AHI; Nasdaq: AHCI) announces that it
has today submitted an application for admission to trading on AIM in relation
to 280,457 shares of Common Stock of USD 0.01 each, which were issued by the
Company between the period 7 December 2005 and 9 October 2009. Of this total,
251,720 shares were issued in accordance with the exercise of options under the
Company's 2002 Stock Option Plan with the remaining 28,737 issued to Parthenon
Group LLC in lieu of professional fees. Details of the shares issued in this
period are included in the table below:

July 2007. Sarah Eames served as a director of the Company between 7 June 2002
and 14 May 2008

All of the above former directors' deals involving the exercise of options and
subsequent sale of the shares were effected pursuant to United States Securities
and Exchange Commission Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, dated 30 November 2005,
adopted by both Timothy Aitken and Sarah Eames.
For the avoidance of doubt, these shares have already been issued by the
Company in compliance with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission
rules.Following the admission of these shares to trading on AIM the Company will
have a total of 45,136,229 shares admitted to trading on AIM. In addition, the
Company currently has 584,755 shares held in treasury.
