Trading Update
On 16(th) March 2012, the Company announced that it had requested a suspension, with immediate effect, of trading of its shares on AIM, pending clarification of its financial position.
Since 16(th) March 2012, the Company has been continuing its negotiations with Clydesdale Bank (the "Bank") regarding its facilities and future support.
The Company is pleased to update shareholders that the Company's existing banking facilities of approximately GBP5.1 million have now been extended until 30 September 2012.
The Company continues to look at its options in order to repay this facility, including the disposing of certain properties within its portfolio and is in discussions with the Bank with regards to these options.
Given the current uncertainty, the Company will remain suspended pending clarification of its financial position.
A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
