("All Points North" or "the Company")

Appointment of Administrators

On 16 March 2012, the Company's ordinary shares were suspended from trading pending clarification of its financial position. On 28 May 2012, the Company announced that it had extended its banking facilities to 30 September 2012 and continued to look at its options to repay the facility, including the disposing of certain properties within its portfolio.

Further to recent discussions and meetings, the Company's bankers have unfortunately withdrawn their support. Following that decision, the Company is unable to continue trading as a going concern. Consequently, the Directors have appointed Paul Stanley and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo of Begbies Traynor as administrators to the Company.

The Directors will be working with the administrators to try and ensure that the business is saved in part or as a whole.

The shares of the Company will cease to be quoted on Aim with effect from 7am on 17 September 2012 being six months from the date on which the shares were suspended.

A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
