All Leisure Group PLC (the "Company")

Grant of options

All Leisure Group PLC announces that options over 300,000 ordinary shares were granted under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) to Ian Smith, the Group Chief Executive Officer, on Monday 21 July 2014.

The exercise price of the options granted is 41 pence per share. The options can be exercised for a period of 3 years from 21 July 2014.

Following this grant, Ian Smith holds options over 300,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.49% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition to the above, options have today also been granted over 380,000 ordinary shares under the ESOP to other employees of the Company.
