Admitted to AIM in March 2006, Amur Minerals is a nickel explorer and developer
with assets located in Russia. It is seeking to raise up to #1.7m by way of a
secondary placing. Amur's principal asset is the 100%-owned Kun-Manie
exploration license, a nickel-copper deposit located in the Amur Province in the
far east of the Russian Federation. Amur intends to use the proceeds to fund the
ongoing exploration and development work at Kun-Manie as well as initial field
work on the recently acquired Anadjakan and Kustak licenses. The Company will
also continue to pursue new projects, with a particular emphasis on those that
have the potential to provide near-term production.
